Business Mentoring - the link between you and business success

Nelson Tasman Business Trust administers the Business Mentors New Zealand Scheme for Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough. We match new business owners with experienced business professionals who can help them get started on the road to business success by providing valuable advice, recommendations and business acumen.

Last year alone 140 businesses in the region benefited from the advice of their volunteer mentor, and this year we are seeing an increased demand for the service - business is definitely booming!

And what we need now are more Business Mentors, particularly in the Marlborough region, to meet that demand.

Does that sound like you? Are you maybe a retired or semi-retired business professional with a wealth of experience and expertise to pass on? Or are you still running a successful business and are keen to give something back to the community? It would be great to hear from anyone interested in becoming a volunteer business mentor; you can make a significant difference and your contribution is highly valued by the business community. Mentors receive full administrative support and training for this national scheme from the Nelson Tasman Business Trust.
