About Zoe . . .
Zoe works with food businesses, offering training, consultancy and verifications. She has worked in this field for 20 years, first in the UK and then here in NZ. Zoe has worked with hundreds of different businesses over that time and seen lots of examples of really good practices, and some really bad ones! She used to work at Tasman District Council doing food inspections, then helped businesses transition to the new Food Act, then saw an opportunity for moving to the private sector to do verifications, consultancy and training. Because Zoe is also a verifier she knows exactly what verifiers are looking for when they visit you, and how to put systems in place to keep consumers safe and protect your business reputation. Zoe loves finding solutions to problems and working with passionate foodies whether they are baking cakes or brewing kombucha.
