Our guest this month will be Tracee Neilson, who will share her journey in becoming the Programme Director/ Kaiwhakahaere at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nelson-Tasman, and highlight some of the impact stories across our region.

The conversation will be facilitated by Bea Pole-Bokor.

 

Tracee is the Programme Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS), NZ’s biggest mentoring organisation for young people who need additional support. Now in their 25th year of operation, with over 200 matches across the region, Tracee’s role involves managing the organisation business requirements namely staff leadership, financial management, funding planning and management, corporate sponsorship / relationship building, mentor recruitment / marketing, and a focus on continuous improvement of systems / practices.

Big Brothers Big Sisters continues to make a real positive change in many taiohi’s lives and have been supported by BNZ with their cornerstone sponsorship since 2018.

Tracee will talk to you about the vision and mission of BBBS and highlight some of the impact stories across the region .
